Before You Visit

We encourage you to park in the back (east) parking lot and make your way in through the East entrance. This will give you the best opportunity to get the help and information you may need for your first visit.

Just inside those doors you’ll find a smile and a greeter to help get you in the right direction. If you have children, the CrossRoads Kids check-in is right there. Just a few more steps and you’ll find a place to grab a cup of coffee as well as the information center where someone is happy to help answer any questions you may have.

From there, you’ll make your way to the worship center. Not sure where to go? No problem, we have someone that’s glad to walk with you. You’ll again be greeted with a smile. Grab a seat wherever you’re comfortable.

During worship we will typically bring the lights down and keep the volume up a little. We want people to feel comfortable to worship and engage in their own space and time.

Our hope is that you truly experience Christ through worship and teaching. That is our desire for every person that comes to CrossRoads. After service, our pastoral staff would love to meet you and answer any questions you may have.

More Service Info

  • Coffee is available in The Overflow or you’re welcome to bring your own to service.  We just ask that you have a lid on it to help eliminate messes.

  • Communion is a unique experience designed for each individual to reflect, remember, repent (as needed), and respond. Communion is always available to the right side of the worship center and in the balcony.

  • If needed, we have a cry room available in the front room of the nursery to allow you to settle/comfort your child without missing service. This space is specifically held as a cry room for infants/children and we ask that it isn’t used for any other purpose. We also have a space in the third room of the nursery for nursing mothers that is more private and quiet.

  • Our balcony is a great place to sit if you’re wanting a little quieter option for worship while still being fully engaged and in the experience.  The stairs are just past the church office area on the right side.

  • Here at CrossRoads, we want people to be “respectfully free” to worship as they are called.  We never want to be a distraction to those around us so if worship flags is a way you engage with God, there’s a space for that on the far side of the balcony.

  • We start every service and every ministry time or session with our submission prayer.  Plainly put, we’re just seeking to move ourselves out of God’s way by laying down our will, our rights, and all control.

  • When you checked your children into CrossRoads Kids or the nursery, you received a security tag.  You’ll need that when picking your kids up so that we know your children are safe and secure.  In the event your child needs attention during service, the number on your security tag will be shown on the screen along with the location you’re needed.
